Have you tried restoring your computer from an earlier date? If not, try restoring your computer to the day before you had your program downloaded. After that, clean all cookies and temp files, upload your program again, restart your computer, and follow any other instructions that pop up. If that fails, then check your program files to see if everything was downloaded correctly. If it was not, use your wizard to help you reinstall or search for issues. DO NOT DELETE any program unless you know exactly what you are removing. Hope this helps.
