 Of course there are many ways to relax, but I put on a very relaxing CD (instrumental), light your favorite scented candle (Yankee candles are the best) and take a few slow deep breaths, focus on something in your mind that really soothes you and makes you happy - for me it is being at the ocean. A few minutes of this in the morning gets the day started off right!
  If that isn't your thing, a good workout always reduces tension too !
