Hi, all.  I am about to complete a med/trans college course of study.  Some things I find very confusing yet, particulary some grammar/punctuation situation,  and don't find rules to cover or a reference that may help.                For example, midinfraclavicular or mid-infraclavicular.  Hyphen or no? Can anyone tell me which it is and why?
