switch jobs every couple of months and once that first deduction comes out, he's gone again. if i'm lucky enough to get a court date he will show up and like another post said "it's set up for payroll deduct" so they won't do anything. you'll spend all day in the court room for 5 min (if you're lucky to get that much) in front of the judge...he'll make one payment the day of court and nothing again until the next court date which is usually at least 6 MO away. it sure seems that the laws are totally against the people that do what they are supposed to and reward those who keep breaking them!!! my state seems to think that not issuing him a passport or taking away his driver's license is enough to make them pay - that's only because it's not their kids doing without because a worthless ex won't pay.
