I got this ad from mtjobs.com.  You might want to check over there as well as here.  I can't vouch for this company.  It said the same doctors and clinic work.  So I thought about you.  But go read it to see if it is something you might like.  It sounded like what you were describing.  Also, they want 10 years experience.  I might have 6 total.  I have worked off and on over the years due to traveling abroad with husband's job. Even though I started in 1996, I didn't work straight through from that time.
