I used to do pickup and delivery too. I enjoyed it, it worked and I made double the money I make now. I had to go to a national MTSO for personal issues with my son's medical problems. I sure do miss that money!!!

Well, my clients are from across the nation. I don't do any pickup/delivery.

I have a digital dictation system. I have long distance expenses, accountant and attorney (not monthly but annually), my equipment/software, I provide the software for my contractors, and the list goes on.

I appreciate everyone's input.

Do you charge for pickup/delivery? sm
Can I charge? If I do pickup/delivery, do you give them a 48-hour turnaround time or longer? Wanted to pick up 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Any suggestions would be helpful. Also need suggestions on what type of carrying case to put tapes to be HIPAA compliant. Any answers would be appreciated.
