need help

I am new to the medical transcription thing and I love it but I need to know what software that you use so when the file is being played it will type it out for you or is there such a thing. I know about Naturally Speeking but do not want to purchase it if it is not what I am needing. I am with a company that use MT Professional software.  But I am still in the testing phase but I need to know what all you use to help you with your job and if it is easier to call and talk to me then please feel free to do so. My home number is ********** and you can reach me Mon-Thurs. 8am to 5pm at *********.  I would really appreciate some help in this.  I do not know anyone in this area that does this for a living.
