I suspect the market is rather flooded with resumes right now. I don't think it is age-related, or the fact that you've been working at home. I have those things affecting me and got responses and job offers when i applied, but i changed jobs last year. Be pro-active, call recruiter, and DO NOT doubt your qualities, lest the prospective employer picks up on that. Good things will come!
