I know I posted under your thread but I would like to make clear that I was not directing it at you personally at all.  I have great respect for you because, as you said, you were writing your resignation letter.  In other words you are putting some bite in your words and doing something about you situation rather than just saying, "don't do as I do, do as I say do," in other words I'm keeping on working for this rotten company but YOU had better beware.  Those are the ones I meant my comments to be directed toward.

Again, I admire you for having the intestinal fortitude to move on when all else has failed to make things right.  I wish you great success in finding a company that will appreciate your skills and I KNOW there is one out there that will be just right for you, although it might not be the same company that is right for me.
