exception. I personally know many people who just "did it" without the specific training. There are those who have the language skills, spelling, typing speed and enough medical terminology included with their intelligence to do it.

After being made to feel inferior by many CMTs, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by my current contractor that I do amazing work. And this after being told I had to have that certificate to be able to succeed.

Let's encourage everyone to do whatever they want to do. Life is just too short.
