Hi Nichole!

We all, across this country, have ESL MDs (english as a second language doctors) and we had to get use to them (and still are getting use to them as there is an influx of foreigners all over this great land of ours)......For the most part, we have always gotten the same rate of pay whether they were ESL or not. Today, an occasional national company might give a difficulty factor rebate but it is miniscule, pennies really.

Good luck to you, you'll do fine! We all were newbies back in the days and some of us have not forgotten just how tough things can be, but the good thing is that this is a field where you continually learn, even us older, more experienced MTs.
