Not something I do

Sounds odd - do you mean that you have their schedule and check it to see if they have dictated for a patient or not?  I dunno - If I were a doc, I would NOT like an MT nagging me for dictation.  A memo at the end of each day listing what was still outstanding, if I had a habit of forgetting to dictate, could be helpful if I were a doc, but otherwise I would think they would find it annoying.  We work for them, not the other way around....

How do they react when you ask them for the dictation?  Sounds like something your supervisor should be taking care of.  I have absolutely no contact with our accounts beyond typing the reports.  QA/the boss handles anything else.
