Seriously?

I think the questions that I posed are relevant to the people that are here being that it is a forum for MT's and other healthcare professionals. I am taking personal responsibility by covering all of my bases. I have a training program that includes seminars where I get to meet people in this field face to face so, by the end of my program, I will get to know more than just people here. This is just a start. Wouldn't not taking personal responsibility mean that I didn't take things under consideration, make a bad decision and blame someone else? What is this forum for, if not a setting for opinions, venting about work issues, and general information in the field?
