with the smiling mommies happily typing away while their little angels play quietly at their feet and think it will be money for jam. They don't care whether they have the aptitude or any other qualification. They just want to "make money while they stay home with the kiddies". The fact that it's a real job with real requirements and real challenges doesn't enter into the equation.
