BTW - I know a gay couple (women) who had children, and they're legally both women's children. How did they do it? Donor sperm, one woman donated the egg, and the other woman was inseminated, carried the pregnancy, and gave birth. So there is both a birth-mother AND a biological mother.

therefore he is a citizen of Indonesia. Once he was adopted into another country, he cannot claim US citizenship even if he was born here. He would then have to go through immigration process to apply for US citizenship, which he has not done.

no matter who adopts you, gives up their US citizenship. Only that person at age 21 can do that. Obama had the choice at 21 to adopt Indonesion or Kenyan citizenship, but he chose to remain an American citizen.
