But he does actually look at issues. I think he often takes on the role of the bad guy to try to prove a point, and he's taken out of context often because of that.
Speaking of transparency, they are starting a new website called recovery.org. I've already been there, and there isn't anything on there yet, but the purpose of it is to show where all the money goes once Obama passes the stimulus package. That should be interesting. I already have my calculator ready....lol.

And here we are...Freddie/Fannie started the freefall. And let's not forget Barney Frank...another Democrat...pushing Fannie/Freddie to make those subprime loans to minorities and low income folks who did not have a hope in heck of paying it back. Most with no credit or bad credit. And THOSE are the people we are bailing out. Wonder how many of THEM are Democrats??

on the issues in politics is Media Matters America. As the name explains, they monitor all forms of media and report on the distortions and misinformation. They give factual rebuttals. They make it a lot easier to sort fact from fiction.

Totally off the subject also...I get creeped out seeing Bill and Hillary and Chelsea together...they look more like business partners than family. Very weird dynamic going on there. At least Fred married the younger woman and they have two beautiful kids together, and actually look like they care about each other. Hard to find fault with that, at least for me.

Some people have been giving me personal attacks and I am quite sure they are jealous because my points are well researched and also that my candidate won. No matter how you worded it, that was a personal attack and I am noticing republicans or Palin and McCain supporters are getting very angry and speaking in hateful ways. I do believe it's because it's evident that Obama is winning. Problems that dems have:
8 years of failed economic and foreign policy, a president who ignored the warnings for 9/11 as well as warnings of an economic meltdown, thousands of unnecessary deaths because of a cowboy mentality, war crimes instituted by the highest offices in the US, civil liberties taken away, right of privacy taken away, a barrage of last minute policies that negatively impact the environment, social well-being, and who knows what else. And this is just the tip of the iceburg. We are still paying for all of these actions, not only financially as well as with our country's reputation, but most importantly with lives.

Obama is the President-Elect and you guys are worried because of rumors about what he MIGHT do.

I am so amazed that the people who seem to be the hardest on Palin are women. She has been a success in her state. She has more experience at running something than Obama does and yet you lemmings think he is GOD. Give me a friggin break. I think women are out to get Palin just simply because they are jealous and/or ugly and can't stand the fact that a down to Earth, good looking, smart woman like Palin could have made it this far. The truth is that Sarah Palin doesn't even know what the job of Vice resident entails. She's an embarrassment to every intelligent, qualified woman out there who WOULD be ready to step in and take over if need be, and there are plenty of them. Kay Bailey Hutchinson comes to mind right now, along with Elizabeth Dole, just to name two.
Just one more example of John McCain's terrible judgment.
