Takes 1 to know 1- Love the Palin drama
Well, looks like the 2 lovebirds are at each other's throats now (Levi and Sara's gal). Levi is now making the rounds talking about how he was moved into the Palin household several months before they split, sharing a room with his gal and now Palin's people are coming back callling the Johnston clan white trash. Of course the same claim came back from Levi's folks against the Palins. You talk about a hypocrit, Sara Palin, preaching but not practicing what is being preached. I love all this drama myself.
Which brings us back to the Palin family drama

Parents are not omniscient.  You can tell your kids what you expect them to do.  You can lead by example.  But they will often insist on making their own mistakes, not trusting your having learned those particular lessons for them.  How many kids say 'my parents would kill me if they knew' and really mean it?  Yet they choose to test the waters anyhow.  Kids are immortal, you know.  Shouldn't a kid feel that, no matter what, they can go to their parents when they are in big trouble rather than try to hide the fact and make things much worse?

At that point, on the first or second offense, do you go all 'old testament' on them and throw them out?  Or do you try to support and guide them from there, helping them learn the lesson in their mistake and make the best of the bad situation they created? And this does not necessarily include 'making it all better' (the abortion, posting bail, blaming the school)  but rather allowing them to experience the consequences of their act and letting them know that you hate the act, but still love them.

if she didn't thrive on the drama, she would have left quietly and undetected.

Where's the Queen?

It's so good to be queen. sm
That was what I thought of Barbara Boxer when she did her little routine at the global warming hearings.
Hail the Queen
You are not Queen Elizabeth are you? I believe she loves horses and corgis too. LOL.

Have a good evening, Royal Observer.

beauty queen

I agree.  The mindset of a woman who is willing to strut around in a bathing suit and high heels before a panel of mostly male judges who are eyeing her to determine to see if she looks "better" than other strutting women in bathing suits is not right to be leader.

This from the Queen of dodge.

You are the queen of "rambling and
definitely have no problem understanding this. You simply choose not to accept the truth here. Why do you think guns and ammunition are the #1 sellers across America during this economic crunch?
Hey!! I thought I was the queen of horrific

Remember me?  The person who wished someone who was sick and old to die and burn in hell?  Well, that's not what I wrote but that's what you cons keep saying I wrote.....wouldn't that qualify for the most horrific?

I have a BIG problem having a beauty queen as VP!

On that fact alone, even if I were pro-McCain, and I am not, he would NOT get my vote. These pageants are demeaning to all women.  BIG MISTAKE!!

Nicer? Spoken by the queen of the horrific! sm
Let's get this straight gt, the most horrible things said on either board have been said by none other than you.  I am absolutely convinced that you are using many different names to post under.  The rage that is inside of you just is too easy to spot.  Several other posters have said the same.  No one, and I mean NO ONE comes close to your hatefulness.
Actually I think Queen Elizabeth loved the Corgis...
and Princess Anne loved the horses. However...I don't believe Princess Anne barrel raced and my Corgis are not nearly as fat as the Queen's. lol. No royalty here.

Have a good evening as well.
Standard beautiy queen boilerplate
Most Americans don't have maps.

She stumbled on, saying that our education over here in the U.S. should help the U.S., uh, should help South Africa, it should help the Iraq and the Asian countries so we will be able to build up our future, for us.

and such.

Now you just made a beauty queen out of Michelle,
Why?
Isn't that unrealistic?

Inner beauty can also fade, nothing is forever.
This article says the Queen initiated contact -
