I have to admit this is the first thing I've ever seen of his. He seems a bit out of it, to say the least. He's also twisting reality beyond the bounds of truthfulness.
Why do we constantly get hammered with these ridiculous slanted, partisan postings? Could we PLEASE JUST ONCE be shown something by the conservatives that is not from a propaganda source?

The original Bilderberg conference was held at the Hotel de Bilderberg, near Arnhem in The Netherlands, from May 29 to May 31, 1954. Retinger approached Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, who agreed to promote the idea, together with Belgian Prime Minister Paul Van Zeeland, and the head of Unilever at that time, the Dutchman Paul Rijkens. Bernhard in turn contacted Walter Bedell Smith, then head of the CIA, who asked Eisenhower adviser C. D. Jackson to deal with the suggestion.[6] The guest list was to be drawn up by inviting two attendees from each nation, one each to represent conservative and liberal (both terms used in the American sense) points of view.[5]
The success of the meeting led the organizers to arrange an annual conference. A permanent Steering Committee was established, with Retinger appointed as permanent secretary. As well as organizing the conference, the steering committee also maintained a register of attendee names and contact details, with the aim of creating an informal network of individuals who could call upon one another in a private capacity. Conferences were held in France, Germany, and Denmark over the following three years. In 1957, the first U.S. conference was held in St. Simons, Georgia, with $30,000 from the Ford Foundation. The foundation supplied additional funding of $48,000 in 1959, and $60,000 in 1963.[6]
Dutch economist Ernst van der Beugel took over as permanent secretary in 1960, upon the death of Retinger. Prince Bernhard continued to serve as the meeting's chairman until 1976, the year of his involvement in the Lockheed affair. There was no conference that year, but meetings resumed in 1977 under Alec Douglas-Home, the former British Prime Minister. I know it's hard a concept for the dems/libs, but Rush says what he means.

...It is so surreal in a way, all that happened, and then paasing the buck, and now the tide of human hate that in some ways is just as damaging as the storm itself.
I fear they will try their best to rewrite the story of what happened. It's already starting. Now the new poll is out saying somewhere close to half of Americans approve of Bush's handling of the emergency services. The conservatives are all agaggle over it - as if it was real. As if just saying so makes it real. Karl Rove has played this game from day one but they just don't see it. Not even with all the ultra conservative pundits turning on them, they believe a faked poll before they believe their own eyes and ears.
My brother told me a story once about a company he used to work for in Ft. Pierce, FL, run by a man and his three adult sons. One day my brother was taking a break with the three sons and they were reminiscing about the good old days (about 10 years previously) when they would load up their shotguns, jump in the pickup and head over to the segregated part of town where the black people lived, and drive around the outskirts of town taking pot shots at the inhabitants, killing as many as possible, laughing as heads exploded and children were shot out of their mother's arms. This was going on in 1962. The blacks couldn't do anything about it - the whites owned the city and the sheriff's office and if they didn't like it they were invited to get the hell out of town. The sons in question were from 12-14 years old when they were committing murder with their father's approval and assistance.
What happened this last week gives me the same unbelieving sense of horror and shame as I had when I first heard that story. I just don't know what to say about people so dead inside that murder to them is a joyride. That's kind of a dramatic way to put it, but this stuff really happened and I don't think these kinds of people have left us at all. I am sure they have not all murdered the defenseless for sport, but I am also no longer sure that defending and enabling murderers of any kind is very much better. They might not be shooting but they are certainly driving the truck around with a big grin on their faces, some of them. Not all, but a very dead empty and evil few.
At least now we can plainly see who they are.

There are the people and then there are...I don't know what they are but they aren't human and they are not related to anyone but each other. As for good old Pat, why, I'm pretty sure he's a really good friend of the President. They share a spiritual bond, you know. Why, without old Pat's support and political meddling, some say the Christian Right would never have gotten a foot in the White House door. Pat is a true pillar of the White House now and personally I think he does a splendid job of representing Bush supporters, as the President seldom contradicts him. He's got the President's full support and confidence apparently.

Christians as much or more charitable work in this country than anyone else does. And not because the government is taking it out of our checks and redistributing it. We do it without being forced to. It is not unChristian to want the government to stay out of our pocketbooks any more than they already are. If there are those of you who think that we are not taxed enough and the government is not doing enough in programs, then establish a private foundation and fund it yourselves and dole it out to whoever you feel need it. Christian organizations all over the world do it daily. You know, Minnesota and Wisconsin both prepared for several thousand evacuees and we were more or less turned down due to distance from Louisiana. In my home town a bunch of us offered long-term housing/jobs/resources/transportation for 100 folks but then were told we'd probably have no takers.
What I'm trying to say is that things are not always as portrayed, both by the left and the right and the in-between.

If you knew anyone with a small business and asked them what this would do for their pocketbook they would tell you their business would end up dying. Obama has very cleverly disguised to most who do not pay attentin and do not care that small businesses will NOT be harmed by his little cuts. Well, all the mandated policies that sound so great have to be paid for. Obama's idea of small business means any business bringing in 250K a year. Maybe you think that's a lot of money but it is nothing. I think, though, we need to abandon the idea of the "trickle down" theory because we had eight years of that, and all it did was make the rich more greedy. We need to regulate (and prosecute) the Wall Street crooks, that's for sure.

Banks and mortgage companies were forced to give subprime loans because the democrats wanted EVERYBODY to have house, whether they could afford it or not, giving everyone the belief they were somehow entitled to a home, money or no money. The law was pushed by the democratic party (for those who bother to read it) and it became law that the banks HAD to make these loans AND the law put in place these institutions making money on these worthless pieces of paper. They were forced to do the business with those who had no business in there in the first place getting a loan. And for those who knew they were living beyond their means and even lying about the income, they should have to bear the burden of their stupidity. I do not feel the least bit responsible for keeping them in their home. We live well below what a bank told us we could afford and we have......better safe than sorry!
For all those that think free handouts somehow will make a better country for us and hitting companies that employ with MORE taxes and treating those who are fortunate enough to be rich as if rich is a bad word and going after their income, do those same people EVER stop to ask themselves who the heck pays their assistance!!! In addition to the Blackwater security and Israelis, armed Mexican soldiers entered the US for the first time since 1800s to supposedly provide aid. Possibly conditioning Americans to the perception that foreign troops on US soil policing US citizens in times of emergency is normal. I know they train here on our military bases because I have met some in Colorado, mainly Romanians.
The Army Times reported that hurricane survivors who wouldn't leave New Orleans were to be treated as insurgents and that combat operations to eliminate them were undertaken. This is where the so-called 'relief' effort was directed towards - treating American citizens like terrorists and hunting them down simply for wanting to stay in their own homes. And once they were caught, FEMA treated evacuees as internees, registering them and giving them ID cards, preventing them from leaving the internment camps.

As much as Christians are harshly put down on this board, my God does not teach me to fight disbelievers, to not pray for them, to ignore idolators (not even for your family?), which would be the very ones we would want to pray for.
Also, my God does not purposefully lead people astray so he can them burn them in hell.
Basically, Muslims are taught to love other Muslims; otherwise, everyone else are nonbelievers and are not worthy of their love.

Everything on this board is trying to convince everyone of horrible things about O. Nothing about McCain and if McCain comes up, it is so petty. I think some of you like the thrill of what will happen in the next year if O makes it. GOD HELP US ALL if he does. Probably God's wrath will be on us. At least that is what I have been reading on CBN, Kay Arthur, etc.

I saw it coming, the housing bubble in 2005. Some big wig California investor bought my house 150,000 more than what it is worth now today and bought other homes because he "had to get into the big buying bubble." Well, the bubble exploded and now he is out 150,000 on my house and way more because of the other 6 homes he bought too with no money down and interest only mortgages. That was the fault of the treasury department and banks. NOT BUSH. I on the other hand saw it coming and walked away with 300,000 in my pocket because of greedy people. Was I greedy? No, we had to move out of state during the housing bubble in 2005. Did Bush help me? No Did Obama help me? No. Did the government help me? No. God, the higher authority one helped my family and knew when the right time was for us to move and I sold my home in "4 hours." Some one higher is watching over me and my family and surely not anyone who is in the government.
