as a presidential candidate has gone through certification process in accordance with the election code. Secretary of State requires challenges to be submitted prior to 74 days in front of the election. Obama announced his candidacy in February 2007. If Berg were so concerned about the Constitution, he had more than adequate time to file a challenge to block the nomination. No challenges to the eligibility surfaced until after HC, his candidate, lost the nomination. You do the math OK?
