even though I am one of those who has doubts about the BC thing. While I agree that it has been driven into the ground and we should all just wait and see what is decided, I disagree with you in that just examining the BC online as we all have on Factcheck and Stopthesmears, etc., gives use a really good look at it. None of us are forensic experts, but there are forensic experts who have examined it more closely than we have who have some serious concerns and have posted those concerns on multiple web sites in great detail. Whether those concerns can be explained away or just hushed up by the SC remains to be seen.

As far as what the right wants, I think that might be different depending on who you talk to. I don't particularly want McCain in office nor do I want Bush to stay in and declare martial law. Since this particular situation has never really presented itself before in quite this way, I don't know what the proper procedure would be. Would the entire Democratic ticket be thrown out, thus making Biden not eligible to take office as POTUS? Would McCain be declared winner by default? Would we wipe the entire slate and have another election? Would Hillary as SOS step into the presidency? I've thought about all these scenarios and don't know what the answer would be, but I can say that, whether it insults your intelligence or not, citizenship is a major contributing factor to the debate of allowing Obama to be inaugurated. The consequences of him moving into the Oval Office are much more far-reaching than you or I could probably even enumerate. On the other hand, the consequences of him not being allowed to take office will likely be disasterous as well.

I don't know if there is any good answer to this quandry, truth be known.
