I think it all boils down to

people hear the promise of change and they vote on emotion.  They are unhappy with Bush and blame him for everything and they will vote for change without really investigating Obama's character and without actually seeing what he will do.  He will bring us change but I fear it will be a change for the worse.

What it all boils down to, I think....sm
Is that both McCain and Obama have made this a real political issue, and this will be taken care of now.

It's been stalled all week, and really, enough is enough.

They need to fix it, and I think it will get done now.

I just hope the dems don't add on a lot of pork, as I think I heard they're trying to do.

Also, they need to stop calling it a "bailout" -- it's actually more of an investment, and it needs to be explained so we understand it better. It's not a true "bailout" in the sense of the words, which is why all the people are upset about it.

Anyway, I hope it's done right, and hopefully it will, and things will get done.
Yes, this is to what is boils all down...sm
A 'transformational figure', something new, opening up horizons and borders, the whole world is welcoming him and seeing in him the GLOBAL PRESIDENT.
May God protect him.
what it boils to
do you want to work for what you can earn or not work at all? It boils down to any paycheck or no paycheck at all. Me, I think something is better than nothing. Do I think we are paid what we are worth? No, I don't. Can I afford to take a stand - no, I can't. I need an income, whatever I can get.
It seems like that is all it boils down to
One side versus the other. I believe that if Sen. McCain was a democrat and brought the same exact bill to the floor it would have passed.

It is really a sad time for our country when the politicians really don't care about the people they are supposed to be serving. Someone brings a better bill to the floor and because of what party affiliation they are in it is voted against - imho.
Which is exactly why your leftist/lib basher blood boils...sm
To come over here and attempt to stir us up and run people off.

Glad to oblidge you, no shoe.
