I would go with that except...(sm)

that those who have already paid for their home or are renting would need to get an equal share.  If you make over 500,000/year, you get half that amount.  I don't want to pay for a 15th mansion for some rich dude.  Also, part of it needs to go to advancing alternative fuels/energy and education....and maybe about 1000 more of my pet dem ideas.....LOL.
