Welcome to the USSA

Well, let's see.....

Obama and company are nationalizing banks, industry (only beginning with automobile manufacturing).  He now hires and fires banking and manufacturing executives, dictates mergers and bankruptcies.  He is printing enough money to render all our assets virtually valueless.  He is well on his way to nationalizing health care.  He plans to make energy in all forms unaffordable.  The estimate is that cap and trade will cost an average household an extra $1600 per per year.  He wishes to tax and/or cap the salaries of not just those executives whose companies receive TARP and bailouts, but all executives whose compensation is deemed 'excessive.'

He and his posse are nibbling away at the First Amendment. Rather than a frontal assault on it (with the fairness doctrine) they will be coming in from the sides by having the FCC institute a myriad of local content' regulations, equal time' requirements, diversity in ownership policies, license renewal red tape, etc.  This is aimed entirely at conservative talk radio, the only medium that poses a serious balance to mainstream media indoctrination.

The Second Amendment is under attack as well.  Try to buy ammunition right now; the supply has mysteriously dried up.  There will eventually be such restrictions on the types of weapons we may own, such taxes levied on the purchase of firearms and ammunition, such fees for permits and registrations, required inspections and insurance and a host of other regulation that private firearm ownership will be beyond the means of most citizens.

When government  (for our own good, of course) controls banking, industry, healthcare, energy, has silenced conservative spokesmen, disarmed the citizenry, managed to discourage initiative and punish the achievers among us, and has made everyone completely dependent on Washington, it will be time for Act Two.  Can't wait to see what happens then.

So I think he's done a spectacular job.  In just over 100 days he has a good start   on eliminating many of our personal freedoms, shrinking our personal wealth, reversing our free enterprise system and dismantling the Constitution.  Not a bad start for a Manchurian candidate.

I'm standing outside with my basket. Will it fall soon, I hope? sm
...and please, if you wish to be understood by the widest viewership, confine yourself to smaller words. I believe "irony" has three of them syllerbubble thingies, which is two over the limit.
She is a psychological basket case whose own peers have questioned her sanity for years.
