We invaded a sovereign nation for no apparent reason. We've killed thousands of innocent people in the process. Shock and awe indeed! We didn't cut people's heads off with knives...we used bombs. We have taken hostages (more than half not guilty) and tortured them. Exactly what part of that do you think portrays American values?

I would say with those kinds of actions we are no better than the ones who flew the planes into the towers.
