The EMR is just that - instead of volumes of - sm

In Reply to: sooo Hillary is pushing for this electronic - medical records thing

paper charts, the patients' medical records are stored in the hospital's computer system. Digitized imaging can be stored there, as well. That way, if a doctor wants a colleague to consult on a CT scan or an x-ray, for example, the image can be sent instantly sent to a specialist clear across the country, and doesn't have to be mailed (and possibly lost). If you move, and get a new doctor, he or she can have faster access to your past medical history. So our part in the EMR remains pretty much the same, except that of course the same computer technology that has made doing our job easier (i.e., the Internet) has also made it possible for greedy MTSOs to send work offshore, so it can be done cheaper (but not better!) and make more money. Anyway, the EMR is not the problem with our low pay & job losses, it's the government allowing private medical records to be sent offshore. So we need to continue to press our elected officials (and especially whoever becomes our next President, and this time I'm SURE it's going to be a Democrat), that the U.S. needs to stop this practice, or risk losing its entire middle class.

The bimb* comment speaks volumes....
tell me....why would you vote in the same party who are to blame for this financial crisis through horrible, self-serving decision making?

That frightens me more than this answer.
This little blurb speaks volumes about Obama (sm)
Indeed, if Obama had had his way, all American combat troops would have been withdrawn from Iraq by March 2008, which would have led to civil war and genocide; an unprecedented victory for al-Qaeda and Islamic jihadists; and a boon to Iran.

This speaks volumes about the character of the man who would be president

Saying you "ain't" a republican speaks volumes.
:p
Your ignorance speaks volumes.......I have read it
maybe you just failed reading comprehension in general!!!
Plenty! Intelligent People Can Find Volumes
Others...well, they just obviously don't know where to look. Sorry about you.
