Well of course he's going to say that

However, he also has a lot of his wealth tied up in things that will not be taxed. There are the wealthy and then there are the gluttonous. The latter is what he and many of his super wealthy friends (both parties) fall into. Those are the ones who will be free of taxes because they know how to hide their money. Not sure if you remember there was a big uproar some years back during the Clinton years because while all of us middle income were paying 30 to 40% (and more in taxes) John Kerry and his wife only paid 6% in taxes. These are the same people that Clinton promised would end up paying more in taxes. Obama will not pay more in taxes, but it sure is a good campaign ploy "Oh yeah, I'll be so happy to pay more in taxes, just elect me and I give you my word of honor I'll pay more taxes" GIVE ME A BREAK! His lies are so obvious he thinks we all are stupid and will believe him. Besides, he was referring to all of us as being selfish because we don't want to have to work more hours to support other people who he's going to give a welfare check to.
