Do you REALLY think he's going to be able to end the war in Iraq? Please! Congress just voted another $165 million through the middle of next year! Be realistic - I don't like the war anymore than anyone else and I have a cousin that's over there. I'd rather have him home, but he tells me about the good things that they are doing over there and how the people appreciate what we've done. You can't honestly expect us to pull out now and leave them to the terrorist groups - then everything we've done up to this point would be for nothing. So, back to the original question: How's he going to pay for it?
