your post is extremely rude, hateful, harassing, insulting...

Posted By: () on 2009-06-05
In Reply to: Holy moley - you don't listen very well, do you? - He's circling the drain...thank God

I post here once more YOUR rude reply to my post, I quote...

...'You don't listen very well, do you?
Tell you what. You liberals seem to need everything spoon-fed to you and I've come to the conclusion that all we're doing is interfering with your mental progress.
Look up the speech and see if you can maybe figure out for yourself what he said that was disgraceful - if your mind will even allow you to consider tht possibility.'

For this your comment you should be BANNED from posting. I comply with the rules of this forum and abstain from giving you some appropriate insults in return. I think them only.

nm
Typical dem on this board, insulting, hateful.
Plenty, but you will just bash that as well.  So much for intelligent conversation.
There you go again, insulting me in this post...have fun with yourself...nm

Extremely well-stated post! I agree with you 100%
Most importantly, it was YOUR decision, along with your doctor. It was NOT the decision nor the business of anyone else.

Hats off to you!
Rude, rude post. (nm)

How insulting
Because she has an opinion you say she needs professional help? Sorry there are others with different viewpoints than yours. That's what makes us a great country. But don't worry...if your lord Obama gets in whoever doesn't think like you and agree with you and praises your lord will have a place to stay at the re-education camps.
Why are you insulting Just the Big Bad? You should sm
You should not be blinded by your repub false values. Be a real American and support Obama. He is our president. The American people have spoken. This is a wonderful democracy. Bush committed war crimes and Obama on day one of his presidency has already put in place measures to stop the crimes. Be proud because these are issues that affect human rights for all of us.

This is quite insulting..................nm

You're just insulting each other and
she should tell you why she feels for the moderator?
I am ashamed of the USA for having these insulting,

He is an insulting, arrogant man.

extremely helpful
Extremely helpful, if you ask me.  Have to let the people know whose fault it was.
Even I will admit that KO is extremely
biased toward Obama. Have you see McCain in the Membrane? But I do enjoy his humor. I often wonder though, who has to pick up those papers off the floor after he throws them at the camera?
Stop insulting posters!

You are insulting the majority of Americans
I think your mentality (the sore loser, pouting in a corner type) is the one that needs considering...
The left is the most insulting, judgmental

#1, The Nation is extremely partisan. #2.

Tillman didn't talk about why he went into the service to anyone.  We will have to assume that what his mother is saying is true.  Has the wife spoken out?  I would think if he told his deepest heart's secrets, it would be to her.  She was his high school sweetheart.  Here's a snippet from a Newsweek article.

He joined the service just after a honeymoon to Bora Bora with his high-school sweetheart, Marie. He and a younger brother, Kevin, slipped off to enlist in Denver, where they could avoid publicity. Kevin, who gave up a budding minor-league baseball career, remains in the Army. Pat Tillman wanted no attention, no glory, for joining the rank and file. He didn't want to be singled out from his brothers and sisters in the military, says former Cardinals coach Dave McGinnis. Tillman apparently had made a pact with his family to stay silent about his service, a promise they have kept. They have gathered to grieve inside the comfortable family home in a leafy enclave of San Jose.

His was no simple case of patriotism; Tillman was never known as a flag-waver. His agent, Frank Bauer, told reporters he had suspected that Tillman might quit to teach or to practice law like his father, Patrick Sr., but not to join the military. Snyder, his college coach, said Tillman never used the word patriotism when he explained his plans to enlist. He just seemed to think something had to be done. When players asked why he enlisted, he didn't want to talk about it. McGinnis says there were reasons Pat said he had that he didn't want to divulge, and the coach respected his view and his right to make his own path. Tillman had always been different. When he joined the pros, he rode a bicycle to practice because he didn't own a car. He refused to buy a cell phone. A sports publicist at Arizona State once described him as a surfer dude.

It seems his mother decided the pact no longer had any merit.  Personally, I see another Cindy Sheehan, disobeying her son's wishes.

Delusional and extremely dangerous.

I just hope he doesn't get us all killed in the next 3 years.

Thanks very much for posting this.

Your last statement is extremely ignorant
There are nearly 1.5 million abortions performed in the U.S each YEAR, more than the entire death toll in Iraq thus far.
I'm the opposite....Extremely doubtful....
...Obama will win with Biden. Bayh would have been a better choice. Ah well.....

I just did a search for it. That is extremely scary. nm

I find that extremely hard to believe
Usually we get shoved out of the way when we go to eat places like buffets where there is a black crowd. Yet if we did it, it'd be a "hate crime" and we'd be arrested.

Oh wait I forgot this scenario: We went to our towns little carnival where they serve all kinds of different food and the black folk in the area (it was only on one street a block wide) started chanting "Obama" and getting all hyper and out of order and knocked over a little white boy and when the dad started yelling at them to chill out they started in on him being a racist and the cops made HIM leave. Amazing.

SO yeah, unless you were at a KKK fish fry, I find that hard to believe.
Don't be insulting and daft - I've been away from my desk
for a couple hours - It is the weekend ya know. Not like you waiting here stalking people to make such ignor@ant remarks to them. Get a life!
yes, and insulting to religious people, housepainters
nm
So I guess your okay with insulting special needs people
by calling Bush "retarded". Have you addressed the people on the other side to ask them to stop calling Bush retarded because of the lack of compassion for the people who really are special needs. My best friends brother was born with mental retardation (yes I know they use another word nowadays) but he gets offended when he hears people calling Bush retarded. But I guess your okay with that. Only on your side do you want it stopped.

You said it alright, there is ignorance in some posters.

I am not offended by any of it. You want to call Bush retarded fine (sure he's one fry short of a happy meal), you want to call people kool-aid drinkers that's fine too because they are. But you don't see me up here asking people to please stop and be nice to only one specific side.

The Jonestown tragedy (and yes it was a tragedy, just like Waco and Heavens gate and all these other cults), and I have great compassion. But that happened in 1978 - 30 years ago. Would be nice if you could use some other excuse to not want to hear people being told they are drinking the kool-aid.

By the way "drinking the kool-aid is not just specific to Jonestown. The saying "Do not drink the kool-aid" does, but the phrase "Having drunk the kool-aid" or "kool-aid drinkers" also means being a strong believer in a particular philosophy or mission - wholeheartedly or blindly believing in its virtues.

From Wikipedia - The expression also refers to the activities of the Merry Pranksters, a group of people associated with novelist Ken Kesey who, in the early 1960s, traveled around the United States and held events called "Acid Tests", where LSD-laced Kool-Aid was passed out to the public (LSD was legal in the U.S. until 1966). Those who drank the "Kool-Aid" passed the "Acid Test". "Drinking the Kool-Aid" in that context meant accepting the LSD drug culture, and the Pranksters' "turned on" point of view. These events were described in Tom Wolfe's 1968 classic "The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test". However the expression is never used figuratively in the book, but only literally.

I do have to laugh at your last paragraph because you must realize that I too find myself "fortunate not to come into personal contact with people such as yourself" (whatever that means), but if it means you don't want to know me personally then I'd just say I feel the same way.

Compassion goes both ways.

My last suggestion then if you want to continue coming would be just to skip over the posts you don't like. I do that a lot and it saves on the frustrations. There are people of all cultures that come to this board and speak their minds (on both sides). Both sides insult the others and that's just the way life goes.
I did not intend the statement you quote to be insulting.
I'm very sorry you took it that way. My humble apologies.

And thank YOU for the object lesson in the art of insult. I bow to the master.
Melanoma, especially above the neck, is extremely worrisome..sm
for eventual metastasis to the brain. I think we have the right to see his medical records.
Extremely revealing article written

by a first-generation African-American woman (hard to get by with calling her a racist) in The National Thinker:

Had Americans been able to stop obsessing over the color of Barack Obama's skin and instead paid more attention to his cultural identity, maybe he would not be in the White House today. The key to understanding him lies with his identification with his father, and his adoption of a cultural and political mindset rooted in postcolonial Africa

Well worth reading the entire thing:  http://209.157.64.200/focus/news/2278969/posts?page=1

We welcome extremists...as long as you're extremely moderate! : )
Oh, gosh. I cracked myself up.
HOW RUDE! SM
You people have no right to talk about anyone else being rude!  You have a corner on the market.
Know what is rude
Rude is sending our brave military into harms way for nothing, rude is lying to the American people about the reasons, rude is causing the biggest deficit our country has ever seen and spending away our surplus that President Clinton gave us, rude is dividing this country when he claimed he was a uniter not a divider.
Rude

They come over here and pretend to be holier than thou and then run back to the Conservative board and trash us.  Go read it.  It's quite amusing.  While you're at it, why not read the entire board and count the number of civil posts that seem to be written by someone over the age of 5.  You don't have to hurry, though, because all their juvenile hateful tirades will be there forever and will never be deleted.

You should probably read the posts on this board first, because as we've all seen during this week, they stand a good chance of being deleted.  As has been demonstrated on the Liberal board, you're permitted to have your freedom of opinion and expression......as long as it's the "right" one.

You are very rude. sm
I was not agreeing or disagreeing with anyone, but trying to have a conversation.  I was respectful at all times.  It explains why there are only a few posters here. Good day!
AG has been very rude lately... :( nm

That was rude
I was simply saying I didn't know what you were talking about. Care to explain instead of being insulting?
How rude you are. nm
,
WOW that was rude!!!

I guess the radical dems on this board (not the regular, respectful, nonbashing dems) will never listen to reason or a participate in a good debate because they know they are right always and forever, no matter what the subject.....what kind of democracy is that?  NOT.

okay, I am rude, but
You don't get a vote. It is an American election. And even though I am so liberal you all would puke, I am tired of our American arms stretched so far over the world that we don't take care of our own anymore.
Now that's just rude!
Just because someone doesn't believe the way you do doesn't give you the right to be so mean! Get a grip on yourself!
to make myself extremely clear, it looked as if the baby was unconscious, was limp and looked to be

I'm sorry if I came across as rude. Outraged is more like it.

Outraged that a handful of Republican politicians would sell out American troops to a bunch of terrorists, even in a symbolic gesture.  Outraged that their lives should be used in a political stunt.  This is very frustrating for me.  I think our lawmakers should support our troops in every way possible, and I believe it's unacceptable to agree to amnesty for anyone who kills our troops.

We have already far exceeded our budget to the limit because of this needless personal war of George W. Bush.  We provided Iraqis with free medical care.  We will be supplying them with countless more money for decades to come.  Our troops continue to be killed and wounded.  I don't care what the political stakes are.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should their lives be used as pawns any more than they already have been.  For God's sake, don't they deserve the support (regardless of how symbolic it is) from ALL members of the party that sent them there?

I posted comments by two lawmakers regarding this, but you didn't choose to address the content of what I posted.  I've noticed that happens a lot on these boards.  When someone posts anything questioning another's viewpoint, particularly if they corroborate their views, instead of debating the issue, all they do is become indignant, call names and then pretend to leave.  If that's your communication style preference, you'd feel right at home on the Conservative Board.

I asked you to enlighten me.  Instead of doing so, you became angry, called me rude, picked up your toys and left the playground.

I'm asking you again to enlighten me because nowhere did I see it written that this is to take effect once we leave.  Please provide a link to that effect.  If you'd like to debate the issue, please do so.  I agree with Harold Ford that this was nothing more than a stunt.  Do you think this will boost the morale of our soldiers?  What are your views?  Please share them.  Or not.

Your choice.

Wow - you sure are rude - see message
1. How did I become an MT? Two years of schooling and 10 years of experience honey.

2. This is not a medical report I'm typing. Makes me wonder how you became an MT if you don't even know the difference between a medical report and this website where we can give our opinions and ask questions without the worry of being persecuted.

3. I read many websites and I don't always see the "respective parties" capitalized.

4. Leave your QA'ing at the door or else don't come here at all.

5. You must be one uptight (r)epublican because the (d)emocrats chose an excellent candidate and it's just too bad that the (r)epublicans will be losing this fall. Oh wait, I just read your post again. You are a (r)epublican and your true colors came out.

6. As the poster below (who did her research) stated, Hawaii is one of the United States which makes him a natural born citizen. If you didn't know that Hawaii was a state then how did you even graduate from high school and if you didn't graduate high school how did you even become an MT.
That is rather rude and inappropriate.

You don't touch strangers like that and you don't make comments about their muscles or lack thereof.  He should know better.

Let us hope that when Obama and Biden sit down to talk to terrorists that Biden doesn't reach over and tug on Obama's beard and tell him he needs a trim or shave.  LOL!

No, it was RUDE and inappropriate.
If you can't see that, then your thinking and reasoning must be warped.
And it is not RUDE and inappropriate to
say my thinking and reasoning are warped because it is different than yours?
Wow you are so horribly rude
and really immature for an ADULT.

Have you ever read the Bible or attended a service or sat down and talked with a pastor with an open mind? No, I doubt it.

I think you are brainwashed by the jaded people of this world.

Just keep on down the broad path...I promise it'll start to get real hot soon!
we have now gone way past rude..
to downright disgusting. It probably also take a MENSA brain to call someone else pathetic, little, loser because they don't think the same as you. Give it a rest already people.
rude you are. Calling
someone an 'old man' is showing a complete lack of respect.
I'm sorry but the way you worded it was rude. nm
