Does anyone know what a "berivian thrill" is or if that is even how you spell it?  The doctor dictates: "The AV fistula in the right arm has a good ___ thrill."

Thank you, haven't turned work in yet, so appreciate your input. In listening back, it definitely sounds like locks, but facet is what he slurred. Just googled and that's what I found with lock. Thank you all so much, you saved me great embarrassment with new account.
