 Bulky adenopathy in the patient’s upper abdomen.  These will be most easily accessed via EUS F&A.

Surgeon is doing a MediPort insertion and AV fistula placement.  He is in the AV fistula portion and is talking about anastomosing and says a "Kuhnland, Kunlan, Coonland" technique was used.  I cannot find this term under any of these spellings.  TIA!
