Astra 8 Defense Builder

Defense Builder Herbal Formula is one of the most popular and effective herbal formulas available. It is the basis for many of the immune products found in natural food stores today. Astra 8 is the only one, however, recommended by name in books, on video, and in periodicals. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these herbs are especially used for people who worry, think too much, eat sweets and feel cold and tired. In TCM terms, these herbs tonify Lung, Spleen and Kidney Qi and strengthen Wei Qi. Western medicine considers many of these herbs adaptogenic in that they help body adapt to stress. Astragalus, ligustrum, ginseng, and ganoderma (Reishi) found in Astra 8 are carefully balanced by additional herbs necessary to help you digest and assimilate these proven tonic herbs. For additional defensive system toning and energy enhancement, use with Power Mushrooms.

Ingredients: Astragalus, Ligustrum, Reishi (Ganoderma), Siberian (Eleuthero) Ginseng, Codonopsis, Schizandra, Oryza.

Astra-8 Defense Builder
Enhance immune system:

Learning to research is going to be SO important for you as you learn this profession!

I went to Google and typed it in the way  you had it. That took me to "Huntington's chorea" -- I searched within that disease for "frederick" and "fredrick" and was asked "Did you mean Freidereich" (or whatever that was).

So I RE-googled using quotes and instead of 84 hits or 300 hits, I got over 64,000 hits on Freiderich ataxia.

Honest. Not trying to put you down in any way. I had to learn to use Google too, just like everybody did.

And as for Stedman's -- that $35 will pay itself back scores of times that you don't have to stop what you're doing and go go the web and fumble around. I personally don't use my books now. They're in a storeroom all buried. But I have 25 years' experience at this, too. :)

Okay, I'm transcribing a SOAP note and this word that I'm trying to figure out is under the ASSESSMENT AND PLAN part. She says the word three times and I am now thinking she is saying something like "number next or number next is." What do you think?

(Normonaxis) Anemia may be caused from a recent epistaxis. He will start an iron pill daily over the counter called Fergon. Next visit we will check a hemoglobin, iron studies. (Normonax) He was in for right shoulder pain in the past. This was resolved. (Normonax) Recent qualm was treated with doxycycline.

Also, I was told to transcribe this using a straight SOAP format, but the doctor dictates things like "Review of Systems" and "Exam." I didn't think those headings or subheadings were in a SOAP format. She never dictates "Subjective" or "Objective," only "Assessment And Plan" as one heading towards the end of the report. Any advice?
