After spinal fluid analysis...I told her to spend most of the next 24 hours recumbent, drink plenty of fluids, and to use some caffeine, as this often does help the pain. If she has intractable headache that is clearly positional, a __ patch could be considered.

Positional Vertigo
Subject: Positional Vertigo

Hello!  Doc is prescribing what sounds like canula three positioning maneuvers' sheet to review.  Any clue what canula could be?  I know of Cawthorne exercises for vertigo, but he is definitely not saying that.

Thanks!

Subject: headache medicine help, please sm.

She states that she has tried multiple medicines over the last year or two in reference to her headaches.  She has tried different triptans including Maxalt and Imitrex, none of which work.  She states Midrin works minimally, but the medicine that works the best is "her or-go-to-meen."
