In the history, the doc dictates "We initially saw this young man with an episode of **sid-nims-corrhea** in 2003. Unsure of spelling. It is a psychiatric unit and s/l "cape". I have found 1 link to a CAIP unit on a Google search that was an abbreviation for a children and adolescent in-patient unit, but some of the patients they use this term with are not children or adolescents.
