experience is, it lacks credibility especiall when you base it on YOUR experience.  Who are you?  How much experience do you actually have?  What kind of experience do you have?  How many diabetic patients have you encountered in your years of experience?

You can't expect to make a sweeping generalization like "all diabetics have hypertension" and not get called out on it.  Come on!  Know your place.  Arrogance is an unattactive personality trait.

very annoying young woman who says in her "Plan": ortho RICE ... I've googled but I can't find this as an "entity" -- I know was RICE is -- but usually she has not mentioned any form of "compression", so in my irritation I've just been leaving it at RICE ... would you spell it out or leave abbreviated? Ditto BRAT diet which can be banana, rice, apple sauce/apple juice + tea/toast so I leave it at BRAT.

This is a new hospital account and I have only worked primarily family practice previously.  Can someone give me an interpretation of this.

Typed and crossed 5 units, platelets and transfused, same for platelet count of 28.  Would this be 5 units of blood with platelets?  What does transfused same mean?

I'm diabetic, have been in the hospital and I don't have high high blood pressure. In fact, I have low blood pressure. You need to stop spouting off things like you are all knowing. Sheesh, what a goomba*!!

*Forget all the rest of the meanings of goomba, this is what a goomba really is: a goon, a goof, a kook, or poser who doesn't physically resemble a goomba from Mario Bros. but acts just like one. You know a true goomba when you see one.

of S&W, Santa Fe, where they had their residents. Typed opth, ortho surgery/urology/ general surgery, ENT and a little derm. AND several doctors at S&W  left and started their own GYN practice. S&W didn't let them operate there, so they came to our railroad hospital, full of men of course, and used our services for op notes, orders. Well, I had had little GYN but I got a crash course!!! What a ride those days were!! Of course, I was younger then and unafraid. Picture 3 dictaphone machines (belt type) going 8 hours a day and people calling in orders and op notes!!!  I used to take dictation direct in radiology also!!  Nothing scares me much after that!!!
