Okay had this before, but it is stumping me now on spelling.


for dyslipidemia.  S/L  Mini-3 or amini-3.  Please advise of proper spelling.  Thanks.

I assume he is saying a lipid "lowering" medication but it sound like there might be a g or a v in the middle of the word.  Is there something else it could possibly be?

You need to correlate the correct abbreviations with the patient's medical history, eg. does the patient have diabetes, high cholesterol, etc.
