I've checked my BOS and googled, but I'm still not sure of the proper way to transcribe this. 


This is a patient with a history of stage III colon cancer, s/l Tc N1 with 2 out of 8 positive mesenteric lymph nodes.


Do I have the Tc N1 part correct?

MD Anderson is a cancer center so if hysterectomy is for cancer, I would go with that one.
