The patient is elderly and has a fungemia in addition to cancer and many other serious conditions. Medicine sounds like capsafungin but for some reason, I can't find it in Google. I have seen this before and can't remember what it starts with. Thanks.

The prophylactic antibiotic that I probably would give her would be something to avoid Pneumocystis corinii "Gerovecki infection" or "Jerovecki infection."

Possibility that she is having pain around the instrumentation. Reviewed her last CT scan from November. This shows progressing fusion, but there are still areas of s/l fry-grenti graft at that time.
