It sounds like "gamminifradiant" surgery on a left basal ganglion surgery.

However it has been a very LONG weekend and I know this is not right but am stuck.

Patient taken to the operating room and underwent a right s/l tereonal craniotomy

I can't find "tereonal"

Patient admitted for cerebellar hemorrhage.

Under procedures:  posterior s/l "pathocraniectomy", evacuation of right cerebellar hemispheric intraparenchymal hemorrhage and s/l "drill" or "dural" augmentation - dictator is a mumble mouth

s/l TEETS?   The aneurysm was noted to be pointing anteriorly.  There were 2 extensions forming TEETS?  One of these appeared to be where the aneurysm had bled. It was densely adherent to the left A2 segment.

s/l anulex.  doc sentence is as follows:  we do attempt to close the annular defect (he is working at the L5-S1 level) with an anulex x-close system (stutter?? states "x" twice)  

Help!  I tried several places and spellings!!

I cannot find this anywhere!  s/l Metrex (not the vitamins) for an interbody fusion procedure of the lumbar spine.  Have any of you had this??

In an operative report for a cervical laminectomy and fusion, the doc says "the screw holes that had been placed were placed using the s/l Howard On technique with 30 degrees lateral and 15 degree cephalad angulation from the center-center position.

Maybe the word I'm looking for is Howard An because it sounds like he say a-n right after he says the word technique, as if he's spelling An for me.  I can't document this anywhere in my Google search efforts though.

This sounds new - sounds like a "Bengal" cage.  It's not in my Stedman's Surgical Words, Third Edition, not in my Stedman's on line.  I tried Googling it, which usually works, could not find anything.  Does anyone know the proper spelling for this? - Thanks!

Need help regarding instrument used for second laminotomy, a re-incision of a previous laminotomy scar: 

"...superficial layers of the scar were dissected away... now set locks-(s/l) were used to bring the scar lateral to the laminotomy..."

Is it set locks, side locks or something else?  I just can't tell from slurry dictation!
