Subject: bullable bulging disks?? sm

Patient has degenerative disk disease, spondylotic ridging, and foraminal narrowing at same level.  Very cleary says "bullable" but sounds like he is reading that from another report.  Anyone want to take a guess at what he means or what he is saying.

Subject: You are not developing her research skills

Not to flame but how is she doing it "on her own" with a full critique done here in public.  And I'll ask again, why isn't her QA helping her in the way they want her trained or giving her links to document her answers so she can research.  One learns better when one does for themselves rather than being fed by the silver spoon.

If I'm not 'speaking' clearly it is because I've had to listen to this mush mouth, speed talker for the past 8 hours and am only about 3/4 done with my quota.  I've never had so much trouble... even my ESL doctor makes better sense than this guy.

CVA is normal?
Subject: CVA is normal?

This is in regards to an elevated hematocrit. The doctor states there is no sign of bleeding and then says what sounds like the "CVA" or something DA -all I can tell is that it seems to end in D, KCDA?  Is normal, so that is encouraging as well. There is page turning going on that makes it impossible to hear properly!
