Funduscopic exam showed sharp disc margins bilaterally. There is no evidence of “wish” nodules.

Coordination was unable to be done secondary to weakness...

The doctor says that the patient has vocal cord nodules secondary to vocal "apuse".  I am sure this should be "abuse" but the doctor is very easy to understand, and I know I hear a "P" sound.  Is there such a thing?

Thanks, I know about the Mt. Sinai link and Alexis Moschcowitz. But his only publications were about femoral hernias, rectal prolapse, and thoracoplasty. Where is evidence firmly linking him, or anyone for that matter, to the culdoplasty?
