This dictator says this all the time, but I'm not sure what it means.  Could someone help?

Maternal blood type O positive, antibody negative, rubella immune, nonreactive, nondetected, HIV negative, group B strep positive.

What does the nondetected mean?  I'm 99.9% sure that is what she is saying.  She says it several time.
