"EKG shows normal sinus rhythm, normal axis and normal QT.  No STT wave abnormalities.  It shows just a very slight ST (s/l poise-a-tion) abnormality in the lateral leads.

Think your idea of ballottement is a good one.  Yeah, they do digital ballottment of the spine which sounds like it's done to see if it provokes discomfort somewhere else.  Don't know much else about it though.

I know you already put a blank, but there is another oral contraceptive that is called Tri-Levlen. Maybe he started to say Ortho Try-Cyclen and then realized it was something else and sort of combined the two. Let us know when you find out. I am just curious. thanks.
