The patient has cardiac disease and mitral valve disease and comes to pulmonology for pulmonary nodules. Doctor says: "I am not sure exactly what the specific anatomical diagnosis was but it was some type of s/l *mixomidis* type abnormality of the mitral valve."

CHIEF COMPLAINT: Recurrent pilonidal disease.
HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: This case involved a 25-year-old gentleman who complains of recurrent symptoms of pilonidal disease since July of 2008.
