Dictation: Ms. Smith is a patient who I performed a rhinoplasty on.

BOS doesn't clarify if ok to end sentences with prepositions, although several "Google" grammar sites indicate that it is fine

I have been changing his dictation to: Ms. Smith is a patient who underwent a rhinoplasty - but I think his way is ok as my way does not state who did the procedure. What do you do?

Thank you.
