we Floridians call them The Keys...it's not incorrect, but each key has a name, Key Largo, Key West, Duck Key, etc. I'd give them The Keys but that's just me *lol*

it's 80 degrees here today in S. Florida and gorgeous!!!  Lots of breeze too.

Nayfeld.com - YelloFins  This site shows the Yellofins trademarked name.  They also, unfortunately, show YelloFins, which I believe is incorrect.  I did a Google search using Yellofins, and found a reputable site in that search with the correct term and formatting.

Just to let you all know, I did double check the spelling and found Lisfranc before I sent the report. Wouldn't have found it before because that "K" was messing with my research.

1.  If it is a verbatim account, you should put pee in there if he said it.

2.  The patient reports, "When he tried to pee, he got weak, dizzy, hit the floor, did not feel right."

The right way if you were going to quote this would be:

When he tried to "pee" he got weak, dizzy, hit the floor, did not feel right.

The comma would be proper

The comma should be used instead of the semicolon, as this is all pertaining to one item and should not be misconstrued as 2 sentences. It is like a modifier of the diagnosis.

What is the correct way to type height measurements.  For example, doctor says "5 foot 1 inch".  Normally when the number is pleural, it should be "feet", but the doctors always say "foot".  Also, is there a comma between the foot and inches.  Such as, "5 foot, 1 inch"?  TIA
