HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: The patient underwent left breast modified radical mastectomy in November of 2008. She had been doing well, however she sought physical therapy/occupational therapy for left chest discomfort. She had one treatment and subsequently noted a brownish discoloration of the skin.


I definitely hear the -type discoloration just can't get the first word.

Not found in search of board or in ref books.  Found in one place on-line but doesn't expand or give any info.  This account wants abbrev. expanded 1st time.
