Subject: I wish I had a dime for every doc who screws up methylprednisolone. SM

I think there are many docs who actually think there is a drug called methlyprednisone, and the rest just mispronounce it. I'd say 99.9% chance you want methylprednisolone.

experience.  I've asked questions before also but when I do, I will state the references that failed my efforts.  Everyone needs help now and again, but when someone leans too often on the power of the knowledge of others, it becomes a problem.  Will they remember what someone else _told_ them the next time that term/phrase comes up again?  Statistics have proven that 98% of what we retain is by learned by doing it first hand.  That means 98% of the people will not retain what they are told.  I like the quote "knowledge knows when to speak and wisdom knows when to listen."  I'm afraid we are somewhat short on wisdom on this board.
