I've honestly never heard it abbreviated like that, but I did google *MRCP cerebral palsy* and that's what came up. Given the symptom of hypotonia, it definitely makes me think of cerebral palsy. Was there any sort of mental status testing done (just as a check)?

Here is the sentence regarding a dx for a patient with cerebral palsy: 


She went through a fairly extensive evaluation there and they have now given her a diagnosis of olligo pontine degeneration with proprioceptive loss and impaired balance. 


Any ideas?  Thanks!
