The hip adductors were then lengthened, bringing the range from about 15-20 degrees s/l grab out to 65 degrees s/l grab which is a pretty good change considering the age of the patient.

I've honestly never heard it abbreviated like that, but I did google *MRCP cerebral palsy* and that's what came up. Given the symptom of hypotonia, it definitely makes me think of cerebral palsy. Was there any sort of mental status testing done (just as a check)?

Have documented gastroc/soleus contractures in ortho words and phrases by HPI. Can type as gastroc/soleus or gastrocsoleus. I generally hear this term in conjunction with "complex" rather than "contractures."
There is a dactylogryposis which is contractures of fingers.
