My sister, who is also an MT (with more experience than me), got it in one listen!  Too bad I couldn't get a hold of her earlier.  I'm afraid my s/l wasn't much help.  Thanks to those who put out some ideas though!

Subject: Or the baby might have been laterally positioned. (sm)

That's how I was. My twin sister was positioned correctly, so they delivered her first, then turned me externally. Mom was asleep for the delivery (back in 1963), and I guess she woke up with pain and bruising from it. She says it was a big deal; they had her sign so all the students could watch. No privacy for my delivery!

The patient swallowed a fentanyl patch.  This is the discharge summary and in it, the ESL doctor says, "Transaminitis, most probably secondary to N A L D vs Lortab intoxication."  She never says these letters again and all I can document is neonatal adrenoleukodystropy.  Since she's almost 60, I don't think that would fit.

Patient with squamous cell carcinoma of the left oropharynx:

He received 44 gray in 22 treatment/fractions by the right and left lateral fills of the base of the tongue and then received a concurrent 50 gray in 24 treatment/fractions via AP field into the supraclavicular area followed by an additional 16 gray in 18 treatment/fractions via reduced right and left lateral off-cord fields and right and left posterior neck fields.

Is that "gray" word correct?
